By downloading, installing, or using News App: RSS Reader & More ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Description of Service
News App: RSS Reader & More is an RSS reader and news aggregator for iPhone and Mac. The App lets you:
- Subscribe to RSS, Atom, and JSON feeds and to websites
- Follow news events from the GDELT Project
- View public prediction-market odds from Polymarket
- Listen to public internet radio streams
- Sync your library between your devices through iCloud, or with a feed service account you connect
- Organize, bookmark, and read articles offline
User Responsibilities
Content You Access
- You are responsible for the feeds and sources you choose to add
- You must comply with the terms of service of any websites or services you access through the App
- We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Access content you are not authorized to view
- Circumvent access controls or paywalls
Third-Party Content
RSS Feeds and News Sources
Content displayed in the App comes from third-party sources that you choose to subscribe to. We do not:
- Control or endorse this content
- Guarantee its accuracy or availability
- Take responsibility for any claims arising from third-party content
Radio Streams
Radio stations in the App play each station's own public stream. We do not host, rebroadcast, or control these streams.
Feed Sync Services
If you connect an account from a service such as Feedbin, NewsBlur, or FreshRSS, your use of that service is governed by its own terms.
Prediction Market Data
Polymarket data is provided for informational purposes only. This is:
- Not financial advice
- Not investment advice
- Not an endorsement of prediction markets or gambling
- Not a trading, wagering, account, or transaction service
Prediction markets may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws.

Third-Party Content
All content from RSS feeds, news sources, and other third-party services remains the property of the original publishers. The App's "reader mode" feature reformats content for accessibility purposes only.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Third-party content will be accurate or available
- The App will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Any damages arising from third-party content
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hudley Holdings LLC and the developers of News App: RSS Reader & More from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination
We may discontinue the App at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
